First time visiting this location to service my XT4. I was very impressed. I was able to get a same day appointment for an oil change. The advisors were welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. David especially! He greeted me upon entry and made sure to let me know he would be right with me because he was assisting another customer. During the service you receive a video of the technician inspecting your vehicle during the service which is really nice and it all took a hour! Overall great experience.

Best service I've ever had... Everything went smoothly from drop-off to pickup... They even cleaned my SRX... Wheels are sparkling! If you're a Cadillac owner (or not... maybe you should be)... I highly recommend Fitzgerald Cadillac of Annapolis for all your vehicle's service needs...

Work was done quickly and correctly, but unfortunately I got Leonard as my service advisor and he said almost verbatim, the very same offensive things that had me reconsidering doing business at Fitzgerald. As I look to "go green" and love the Lyriq, I am now leaning heavily toward other brands as to not have to encounter Leonard in ANY future service visits.

Very easy to schedule my appointment with my phone and checkin with the car was quick despite them being busy. They did everything that I asked for and even sent a video of the tire and break measurements as the technician did them. Very happy with their service
