I regret not reading the reviews first—they were accurate about the rude, unprofessional customer service. I called ahead to ask for help finding the right part, and they agreed, but when I arrived, they told me to come back another day because someone else 'knew more about trailers.' They refused to assist any further, claiming they were waiting for another customer which called in, which I suspect was me. To top it off, I believe I heard a racial slur though it's unclear if it was directed at me, so I left. If they can't help anyone who walks through the door with trailer parts, why are they working for a trailer parts store?

We called multiple times and were treated like peasants. They were extremely rude and hung up on us twice. 9-4-24 We will drive 50 miles to keep from giving them another dollar.

Wish I had read Sam Rasmussen and Brock Brooks reviews first. Both of their reviews are still spot on and there's a good chance you'll regret any interaction unless you know more than the boomer behind the counter. The 10% restocking fee WILL happen and be careful, some items are not returnable! Who does this anymore?!You will have wanted to do business elsewhere, such as the big box marine store or online trlr parts place.

Was sold the incorrect items. I have no issue with that. It happens. But when I came to return based off their mistake I was charged a “%10 restocking” fee. The gentleman at the counter had a chip on his shoulder when I came through the door with the box in my hand, as if he was appalled I would be returning items.

I don't know what kind of review to give but I know its not great. I got my questions answered so I guess that is the primary objective but staff are just kind of rude and curt. I asked a question about a trailer wire connector and the staff rudely says he's never seen anything like that and then I asked for trailer hardware and and he says "nope....you get hardware from a hardware store". Lol Wow. Again I got the information I needed but it wasn't delivered like I was wanted in that establishment. It was more like they couldn't wait for me to leave.

Just about the two most miserable unfriendly guys behind the counter I've ever met. I mean ever. Unfortunately they had a small part that I needed or I would have just left.

Definitely do not recommend going here. Cashier up front stared at my cousin and I as we waited to see if we were next yet and then proceeded to say there was someone else in front of y out after about 2 minutes of just standing there. Okay, so tell us that. The guy he was helping was not very enthused with the service also as he stated he was no help at all and proceeded to leave the items he had intended upon purchasing.
