Great working with Tom Svrjcek. This is my second Mazda purchase in 6 months. This time for my daughter. Tom did great finding what we were looking for and patient as we went through the purchase process. My daughter is very excited on her 1st car.

Putting this out there to inform and hopefully help others. An ongoing event in which we took our Chrysler Aspen to Cooks due to safety recall air bag replacement. They gave it back to us and within minutes lights lit up on dash. Took it back numerous times with them giving it back with no lights on. Within a day or 2 lights back on. This final time taking back, they said we needed a part that’s discontinued in which we were willing to pay just to avoid the ongoing aggravation. They tried putting in a used part and it did not work.And now they’re telling me that there is nothing they can do since part is discontinued and for us to pay them over $600 for diagnostics?? Just ignore the fact of how we are suppose to get it fix if they can’t fix it and that we didn’t have problem until they replaced the airbags. We found a letter sent by their corporation to be careful in replacing airbags and the damages it can cause if not careful in which coincides with what we are experiencing paired with the fact the Aspen had no problems until air bag replacement. Now we are told to pay over $600 not to fix, but for diagnostics?? So now how are we suppose to feel?? We are definitely taking this is as a sign, because we were also looking to buy the Mazda CX 70 in which they sell there. Are we suppose to feel that we can do business with them after this happened to us?

Caught them on video charging for service they didn't do. Service manager made excuses and refused to do anything other than provide a refund when caught lying. Unless you love being defrauded go somewhere else!!

Had a great experience both times I came here to purchase a car. This time I had Tom help me purchase my car. He was great! He knew what he was talking about and he’s very welcoming and great to have any topic of conversation with!

Overcharged and inconsiderate. Will never utilize this company again, nor will I ever refer any others to do so as well. I will make I a conscious effort to deter others from using this company and make it a point to warn others to beware, using my own negative experience and loss. "Word of mouth travels far"

Super great experiance staff worked was friendly and very helpful. Tom was great found a vehicle with my budget. Wasn’t the typical bad car buying experience. They even had treats for the pup and allowed him in the building. Will be going back for sure

I got there with high expectations that slowly went away as I was at the dealership. I was told I could get close to what I wanted for my car trade in, so I warranted a trip and my free evening to go over. When I got there I was politely greeted, test drove a truck I liked, got back and was told the trade in was $6,500 less then what I wanted. That’s not really my definition of close. So I wanted to go home, but I was missing one thing, my keys after the appraisal. My sales person said “he’ll go grab my keys and the manager would probably want to say hi before I leave”. I should have just said I wanted to go home, but I fell for the “my manager wants to say hi and thank you for coming in” he just wanted to offer a small amount more, tell me my car wasn’t what I want and said it was hard to believe I could get more for it. Basically saying I was lying about the offer I had from another dealership. It’s business I guess and the nature of making sales, but I’ve been treated better by other dealerships.

Originally recommended by my Momma, we now have purchased a third car from Cook. EVERYONE I've worked and spoke to are extremely knowledgable, immensely helpful and super friendly (Shoutout to Tom S!!). I can 100% say that i (nor my Mom) will not be going anywhere else for future vehicles. So grateful we found Cook ? Thank you guys!!
