If you’re shopping for an agent, my husband and I have no complaints. Steve’s performance was no less than exceptional. We were anticipating the experience of buying a house to be stressful as we had a timeline and a limited budget but everything went smoothly thanks to Steve. This guy sure knows the housing market never mind the attention to detail, pointing out some possible issues and fixes to homes that we hadn’t thought of. Steve was very accommodating to our schedule and was willing to communicate how we wanted; which for us was mostly texting and email but also picked up or returned our call in a timely manner when we telephoned. Steve understood what we were looking for, was sympathetic to our timeline, matched us well with properties he showed us, and provided contacts for a lawyer and home inspector when we needed one.

Steve Mackenzie is a very trustworthy and knowledgeable realtor, being the real estate business as long a he has, he knows what to look for and what questions to ask. I have purchased, and my children have purchased homes with Steve's guidance and assistance.
