Received a Christmas gift with a gift receipt and the store refused to refund the item. Says their policy is 15 days! So they expect Christmas gifts to be bought the week before Christmas to allow for a return! How ridiculous is that. What’s the point of a gift receipt? FYI don’t buy any gifts from Quarks. I know I never will with their unreasonable policies. BEWARE CUSTOMERS

Amazing Low PricesI LOVE Quarks! Best shoe store in my opinion. There’s so many choices and the prices are always low, you can’t just buy one pair with their amazing low prices! The customer service is always great! Everytime I come in the staff always ensures if I need any help. I highly recommend this store for all your shoe needs!

Had a fantastic time at Quarks Shoe Store! The customer service was top-notch, especially thanks to the super-helpful store manager. They really know their stuff and went out of their way to make sure I found the perfect pair of shoes. Kudos to the team at Quarks for making my shopping experience awesome! Highly recommend! ??

On Dec 15 around 3 pm i was in the store browsing shoes and the two girls (one asian that was wearing white croccs and her coworker) were being super rude to me just because i asked if they could check for a new pair of shoes since the one they gave me was not in new condition (it had stains on them). After they gave me a dirty look and both coworkers were laughing and smiling at eachother like i was stupid for asking them to check for a new pair. They did not want to check for any stock or sizes for any other shoe i asked nicely for. I really wanted to purchase shoes that day but they were denying me any service and assistance which is horrible customer service. This would make any customer not want to shop at Quarks again! They both didnt even let me finish my sentence when i was asking about a shoe and they would just say "no we dont have that size" even though i did not even finish my sentence and did not even tell you the size i wanted!

High quality service！The lady with the blonde hair and beautiful eyes (I forgot to ask her name).She was very helpful in helping me pick out boots, knowledgeable and took the time. Help me contact the Grand park store to confirm the stock.She made me my day!

Awesome Keran guy , with such great knowledge about his specialty. First time of 3 days shopping, he understood us exactly!!!Thank you for you work and nice personal . I think , such person as Keran should have premium allowances for his attentive and careful work.
