I bought my baby bearded dragon here last night. Amazing costumer service. I am a new beardy owner and the information was clear and very helpful. He made sure I had everything I needed for my new baby. He didn't rush through anything and took his time to make sure I understood all the new info I was taking in. Over all amazing.

Called today asked if there was a fish sale. Staff advised 20 to 50 percent off. Spent gas to.go to store. Bought 3 fish then was told sale is tomorrow. Ss to speak with manager. Waited for 6 min. Never showed. Left. Waste of time and money. Staff and management are clueless

They usually have good deals on food/pet supplies. The fish/reptile section is also very good and the people who work there are very knowledgeable. The only thing I don't like is that in my experience the people who work with the small rodents don't tend to be very helpful.

I shop here for all my pet needs and had no issues until recently. I was quite disgusted to see all the cats litter box’s looking like they haven’t been scooped in about 3 days. Plus one kitten has an eye infection that doesn’t look like it’s being treated for. As a place that should be caring for these animals, they’re doing a truly awful job. Hope the cats get homes soon so they can be treated as they should be.

I really love coming here for aquarium plants but man, I'd say 95% of the time I go I'm waiting 10 minutes for a employee to come assist me, when there's no other customers in the dept. Many times I have to go to the cashier to get her to page someone to the dept and if there isn't a cashier at the check out, I have to go look through aisles to find a employee!
Was here yesterday and again, 10 minutes with no help so I went to ask the cashier to page someone, no cashier at the desk. I didn't want to have to look for a employee so I left. Maybe have a customer needs assistance in dept ___ button?

Gabby was wonderful and assisted me in purchasing a Syrian Hamster and the basic care necessities. The adoption process is thorough, so I understood what I was getting into. Open ay 10am Sundays and during the week. Store clean, inviting.

Very rude employees. I asked questions about one of my pets and was given beyond wrong information the whole time the employee was very rushy and inpatient giving dirty looks and was annoyed when I asked for help. Almost felt like leaving mid visit and saying forget it the employee also refused to get us any other fish after they packaged the first fish and had no explanation as to why she wouldn't get us any other fish by this point I just left not willing to give this business more money or spend another second around this absolutely rude disrespectful employee..didn't get better at the checkout will NEVER shop here agian very bad attitudes everytime I come here which is rarely. Employees are beyond not sure on what they are talking about. You should have employees that at least know the basic knowledge of these animals not someone whos going to make things up and spew nonsense to you.
