Super shitty experience today with the manager. I simply asked at the till if an item was on sale as I picked it up from the sales rack, my child liked it and we were buying it either way. The manager came over to tell me 0% off is still a sale then tells me "its up to 50% off so 0% is still a sale"... She had a tone and attitude the whole time we interacted. Very rude customer service and I would never recommend this location to anyone. Thankfully I had my children with me and wasn't about to act a fool with that women.

Got a bathing suit for my girlfriend! Though quote pricey, the bathing suit was modest as we were looking for but also shows her beauty, which is perfect! Also, the service was fantastic, quick, and helpful!

went in the exchange my Pj's that I receive from Christmas when I'm ready to complete the transaction , the lady told me they own me $3ish, (I guess is on sale) she can't give me the money because i came with a gift receipt , so I ask her if the actual paying person came she will get the money back ? after I ask the questions she said I was rude to her !!! it was just a simple questions , then I said to her don't worried about it please complete the transaction , then she said because of my comment she is not comfortable to complete my transaction, long story short she call for manager , the sale person ( didn't have her name ) went on and on try to tell her story to the manager I was rude , the sale person was just a angry person I don't think this is a job for her , I work in sale my self I will never rude to a person . Very disappointed and I don't think she should work in the public customer service job if she can't understand a simple commonsense and take it as rude comment. I feel she was disrespecting her manager as well. But I had to say at least the Manage was nice and help finish the transaction and the reminder money we put in the donation box they had there.

Bad customer service from management!!! Not willing to help!!! I got 2 PJ’s and one of the bottoms had a stain and when I asked for discount they were really rude. I have worked in retail too but we never treated customers like that.Please treat customers nicely we are not there to steal we are paying for stuff and we deserve better customer service.

Nice items, comfy bathing suits but honestly it’s ridiculous that they charge 50 cents for a paper bag. If I’m buying $100+ of items, you can spot me a bag.
Brutal how many stores are now doing this and profiting off of bags.

was just shopping for underwear and the girl (i’m guessing manager) says “ok, we’re going to put this at the front” in such a passive aggressive tone like i was a shop lifter and grabs the underwear from my hands. she then followed me throughout the store and took every item i picked up to the register. i bought what i needed yet this still makes me mad, customer service 0. love la vie en rose for their cheap products but i’m sorry the customer service makes me uncomfortable. only girl i found helpful and nice was the one that sized me and gave me my changing room.

Went there today and found a nice sale item there was only one in my size but had dirt on it I asked the manager if she could discount the item as it was a sports top and it would get dirty anyways but instead she took the sports bra in the back and washed and 25 mins later she came back and told me she got off the Deorant and Fondation that was on it so no discount. I asked to look at it, and it was still wet. What a crazy experience.
