Sahil is the best ?.Updating my review, the staff is still very helpful and knowledgeable. But on my last couple of visits the environment has changed, people looking in car windows around the parking lot to break into them, one of which was standing next to my car when I parked waiting to beg for change and then look in my door to see if there was anything they like. The parking lot is the store's property and if this is an issue they may need to hire a security person. As I walk up to the door there is somebody else in the doorway begging for change, as soon as I'm in the door there's somebody sitting at a table asking for money for something as well. As we pick up a couple of new power tools and walk by again they comment " wow those look like some pretty nice tools you got there could you spare a little money for..." whatever, it looks like you get a guilt trip for buying expensive tools there, I'm not sure if this means they're trying to encourage you to not buy the pricey tools or just to buy them somewhere else. Then when we're paying at the checkout it's again asking for a donation, so that the company can get a tax write-off for all the donations they take in a year.I donate enough to Charities every year that give me a taxable receipt, I don't need to donate to four different people while trying to buy a saw

Rona usually has what you are looking for, and their prices are generally competitive. They also maintain a great website for online shopping.

They sometimes have things that are hard to find elsewhere. Also if you watch you can get some good deals, better deals than the other big name hardware store.

The manager here is lazy. The staff care less. I needed help and everyone just stares. Move your merchandize to another productive branch I will buy there
