Hamish and Don provide excellent frontline customer service. They explain everything in terms the layman can understand without appearing to talk down to you. The pricing is accurate and fair, the work is completed in more than reasonable time. From what I have been able to gather from my experience with them they are of a rare breed of honest car repair shops. Will return without hesitation.

When you go visit Hamish, Don and the team here you will be taken care of and you will get great work done on your vehicles. Even as somebody who knows very little about cars I feel extremely comfortable with this team. They have always given us great service and options of what is repair critical and what can wait.
Very few businesses these days embrace community like they do. It may be a small place, but you will see all kinds of items around the shop that promote community events and causes. It's like going back in time to a time when everything wasn't so transactional. On top of that the staff at Berrydale have fun at work! You can feel it everytime you are there. You won't be disappointed with Berrydale for any of your vehicle needs.

They are trustworthy and comfortable place to bring our vehicles to. They were recommended to us and have not disappointed my wife and I. They have caught things they were done previously at other service centers. So, to say it again. Great staff, busy at times but well worth coming to them as it gives us peace of mind.

DO NOT getting anything done from them. They lie and OVERCHARGE you for things that need to be fixed in your car. I would give them a 0 star review if I could. Don’t trust the old white men working there!

I cannot believe the level of scam this place is. And all these “nice reviews” are written by friends and spouses. Honestly, I’ve never encountered a worse garage. The smug attitude they give off makes you feel so small and insignificant, like they know they can take any advantage of older folks. Abhorrent service, terrible mechanics

I’ve been there a few times to fill up my tires with air and the staff have been nothing but nice. They didn’t charge me either and offered to do it for me too. Really appreciate the great customer service!

Not only are the folks at Berrydale Auto honest, straightforward, meticulous, and quick, they are friendly and always listen to my concerns and answer my questions. My car is in tip top shape because of all the folks at Berrydale.
