I bought a white top and the cashier made fun of and laughed at me for buying it. I was too embarrassed to say anything or go back and return it and I feel like I wasted my money because I haven’t been able to wear it at all. Extremely unpleasant experience and I won’t be here again. They need to speak with their employees about proper customer service and etiquette.

Kids clothing selection is very limited. Just a few items in the back corner. Otherwise lots of selection for teens and adults. Hate having to give out all my info just to save on one tax for kids clothes, when it's actual kids clothes you are buying. Should have 2 people on the till if they want your life story and signature when buying youth clothing, lol.

I went in with my wife, she wanted to buy a flask which was marked at 21 dollars and a sign 50% off. We took it to the counter and asked if it actually under discount, the representative at the counter said, there is no discount. So we said we saw it was under discount, then she said oh yes it is 18 dollars, then we said we saw 50%, then she checked again said 12 dollars after taxes. And finally I said can I please just pay for it. She did not apologize at all for all this confusion, no bag was provided and not a single thank you good bye nor sorry. I do not blame her. I blame management who failed to train her. Date and time of visit Feb-11 - 2023- around 7pm

My friend likes this store and it's fun to get matching jewelry/socks with her and stuff there. I just wish they made bodysuits for people with longer torsos.Other than that, this store is pretty nice.

I purchased a bikini top at the end of last summer for my daughter, tags still on. She went to try it on yesterday and we noticed one of the straps was sewn the wrong way/upside down. I took it to the Seasons Ardene Outlet Collection and the sales person was not only rude, but dismissive and would not even look at it. I had to ask for the manager, and instead another sales associate came, looked at it and said there was nothing that could be done. The first sales associate actually said, "it's not our fault it's sewn wrong". Well whose fault is it? The customer? Customer service has gone right down the toilet. I am not supporting this Company any longer.
