Super bad service specially by the girl she don’t even know how to talk with a customer and she was arguing with me for my order. And she make me to wait for 25 minutes, and that is super hilarious. Her NAME IS JANKI .!!!!

all the slurpees, fountain drinks are disgusting! They have people in the store 24/7 but i don’t even think they bother cleaning or even refilling the proper drinks to logos! The food is always overcooked or old, hardly ever fresh. Stuff ways out of date.. Just awful and always messy. ??

This is probably the worst sev in the area... the cashiers are left to be desired. Make sure you count your change back. The cookies are constantly ROCK HARD! The only good part is the location convenience. Otherwise you're better off going to the dak sev.

The store staff at this shop is excellent. The area of the Snoopy Ice booth is exceptionally clean. On multiple occasions of purchasing, I've witnessed their diligent efforts in maintaining the cleanliness of the floor and countertops of the Snoopy Ice area.

Great customer service! I called Manpreet to help confirm some things with my Skip order and she answered all my questions so nicely and even called back to confirm things 100%!! She was so sweet and the customer service was so good! She is in need of a promotion and/or a raise very respectful and one of the kindest employees ever!! She explained things so well and def raised the 7-11 reputation ??

There is this woman that will never give the right change. I was supposed to get 2.22$ back or 2:20$ but I got a dollar less. This isn’t the first time that this has happened. The woman even laughed after she gave me the change. They are literally scamming their costumers. This woman needs to be fired.

Since the older gentleman started running the morning show, you're fortunate if there's any coffee to be had. Like zero, twice this week (and few times over the past couple months). And that's having 3 carafes to manage; no place is that busy, c'mon do better...

It's 7 a.m. and there isn't one piece of hot food made this is not the first time this place has done this it happens all the time I suggest you find a different 7-Eleven or boycott them
