They got everything in order and by Monday I got a call saying a replacement came in, and that they could fix it on Tuesday. I am grateful and glad I came down to their shop. “I needed a proper tune done on my 2005 WRX STI. I had mentioned to Justin that i am a long haul trucker and that it is difficult to know exactly when i will be home. Also that im only home for about 2 days at a time. While i was out on the road on a Friday i learned that i would be home on Sunday. I contacted him and he set up an appt for me Monday morning. I had an issue with my truck. They found it and gave me several options for the repair - including not fixing it at all. It may sound funny to be impressed by this, but generally I haven’t been given options by shops. I’ve been told a price, take it or leave it. Not Simard. I was treated extremely fairly and everyone seemed genuinely happy to work there.
I’d recommend Simard to anyone.”
