Be observant if you go this place especially if you dont have an idea about your Car..you ended up higher cost thinking you saving compare to a dealer..My experienced worst than ever i spent $700 not even rid it off a check engine and they wanter to replace a throtle body another cost again for $620 thats B.S.!Only i foundout myself a real problem one of my Injector is loose screw and less contact from my sparkplugs and hoses going to my throtle is Loose as well..i dont know if they planted that way i hope not but that’s how i feel.Big NO going this place! BeHonest and fair!Mazda5

Absolutely horrible experience. Stykalo's was supposed to do a vehicle inspection for a vehicle that I knew would fail, but I needed a complete list of what it would take to make it compliant and to pass inspection. Based on their list, I could then make an informed decision if it was worth putting the money into the vehicle or if it made more financial sense to simply buy a different vehicle. I was assured by Stykalo that they had done a complete and thorough inspection. Projected cost was $2,000. I moved forward and everything on their list was then fixed. However, upon returning to Stykalo to perform the final inspection and to pass it, they then refused to inspect it. I'll explain why in a minute. I then went to another company to inspect it, that company came back with an additional $2,000 worth of work needing to be done. There were things like a rotted out muffler that was split open - something IMPOSSIBLE to miss. All 4 brakes, rotors and calipers were completely shot - again, impossible to miss. There was more, but these are the big things. What makes this unfortunate experience so egregious is that it's not that Stykalo's overlooked some things - that's not the case. They knew they hadn't done a full inspection even though when asked multiple times they said they had done a full inspection. So they completely lied and were thoroughly unethical in every regard. These are not opinions of mine - I have all of the documentation (and more) to prove it. Why did they refuse to do the final inspection? Because they knew they charged for a full inspection but never did it. To do the final inspection, would reveal the extent to which they had lied on the first inspection. It would put their license in jeopardy for having been fraudulent. I'm writing this review because I don't want to see someone else so badly burned by this company. They should not be allowed to remain in business.

Was right about one thing needing to be replaced, but was trying to charge me $500 for brake pads and rotors when they did not need to be changed. I don't call that honest and reliable service. Caused me stress. I won't be returning.

Not from the area. My truck broke down I had it towed here. They were very helpful and accommodating. They fixed my truck as fast as they could.
