We stayed on the third floor, and I must say it is an absolutely gorgeous view from the room! They have plenty of seating outside for guests to enjoy sitting by the ocean. The bed was very comfortable too. We came all the way from PA and I'm so glad we took a chance on this motel. I would definitely come back.
Walkability: About a 10-15 minute walk to some cute shops and dining.

Every room has an ocean view. I always try to be on the 1st floor with lawn access. Staff very friendly. Great place for any sort of weekend getaway. On long sands Beach, which makes it very special.

This place is absolutely beautiful! You can’t get closer to ocean. The rooms are clean the views are breathtaking. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Complimentary hot coffee and fresh warm baked yummies by the ocean . Highly recommend!!

My husband and I have been staying at the Cutty Sark for many many years. We’ve never been disappointed from the cleanliness of the rooms the great service, and the owners are always ready to meet your needs.I highly recommend the Cutty Sark!

What a warm and friendly place! Staff were great and a big thank you to Patrick for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable.The views are second to none, with your own private lawn overlooking longsands. Perfectly located. Get a lobster roll for lunch from the general store and dinner and a drink at stone's throw.

Perfect location! Right on the beach and walking distance to everything you need. Room was spotless. Beds were comfortable. Complimentary pastries and coffee served every morning.What really separates this motel is the staff, starting with Patrick the manager who took the time to stop and talk and assure we were satisfied.We will return! Awesome three days and awesome staff!

We’ve stayed in many places over the years but Cutty Sark by far is our new favorite. First, location. The best! An oceanside private grassy area with plenty of seating which is fantastic if you’re not a sand in your toes kind of beach person. No more trekking wagons with chairs, umbrellas, coolers down to the sand, competing for a spot, dodging the tide. Located on Long Sands & walking distance to Short Sands. Second, staff. Very courteous and helpful! Very clean rooms. Love the convenient breakfast and coffee set up! Third, the view. Spectacular! We watched the August Full Moon, the sun rise, and brave surfers conquer the waves…all from our bed, watching out the huge, clean picture window. I’m so happy we decided to stay here and plan on continuing to do so in the future!! Highly recommend!
