Horrible customer service! Came here once for an insurance pre-inspection and encountered a real a******* Rude and unprofessional slob! Guy tried to tell me to begin filling out the report which is HIS JOB as the inspector! After I tactfully point this out he decides to cop an attitude. So I realize I'm dealing with a shithead that's not going to help me and basically said whatever, and proceed to leave. Then the insolent swine has the audacity to tell me to make sure I hit the gas real hard and spin the tires! Worst customer service I've ever experienced! Place is a DUMP too! Drive by sometime and check out the disaster. Do yourself a favor, take your business elsewhere and avoid this unacceptable behavior; these guys are jerks, and lazy.

The place is literally a dump. They are fixing cars in the driveway up on jack with no jackstands where customers walk. Definitely OSHA violations. Car parts and tools laying everywhere inside and outside of the garage. Rude attitudes the way they talk to customers is unacceptable. Why Taunton has not addressed the safety issues is beyond me.

I have been going to the shop for repairs for many years. Kalil and Malad have treated me like family. Whatever I have needed, they have been able to find a solution. Always at a fair price. They are knowledgeable and helpful. They are trustworthy

I drove over something in the middle of the road and blew out my two front tires and definitely had some body damage to the bottom of my car. I was stranded on the side of the road at night and being a female and not knowing the area that well, I was referred to contact K & M Auto Repair which was about 15 minutes away from where I was. I spoke with Milad and he instructed me to stay in my car and lock my doors until he arrived or the police. He arrived within 20 minutes and towed my car to the shop. Upon my arrival he could see I was upset and cold, he provided me his coat and allowed me to use his charger so I could charge up my phone to make a couple calls. The whole process of this accident could've been a huge headache but Milad and his brother Khalil explained what was happening through-out and it really helped me. They were so kind, patient with all my questions and their staff were so accommodating. They go ABOVE & BEYOND to make sure you are okay. They are dependable and flexible. Honestly, I can't THANK them enough for all their help. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!!
