I would highly recommend Bisson Movers. I had to move urgently out of my home and put my belongings into storage. Samantha was very efficient in responding and providing documents and updates on the process. The movers, Jesse, Dylan and Eugene were professional, quick and kind. What was a very stressful situation for me was made less so by the efficient care to detail from everyone involved.

Had a sofa delivered from 1STOPBEDROOM. The guys were very nice. They handled my sofa carefully and without incident.

Horrible experience. I had a ladder dropped off that was completely unusable. They also dropped it off and stood it up in front of my car with the legs in the air because they knew the legs were damaged. Luckily, this did not fall over in my vehicle. When I called them back, I could never contact a representative regarding the issue.

I wish I could give a 10 star review! I needed to have a family heirloom China hutch moved from Maine to my home in Oregon. I first asked Bisson to have it crated and brought to a nearby storage facility, thinking we would fly to Maine and drive it to our home ourselves. They took photos, dimensions and kept me informed as to where we were in the process. After looking into the logistics, costs etc we asked Preston for an estimate to have it moved. Preston gave us the estimate quickly and communicated very well. We made the decision to have them move this priceless family treasure, trusting that it would arrive in one piece. Well, Preston called the day after we said yes for the move to say it could be sent the VERY NEXT day! The driver of the moving truck,Flint, let us know where he was and we received our item absolutely intact and with courtesy, respect and communication. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them for all/any move you have. Thank you Preston and Flint (the driver). You're service was exemplary!!

My mother ordered furniture online and it was shipped through this company. Delivery was not attempted and it was impossible to reach anyone.

not customer friendly at all.Rude employees. not available to access storage on weekends to move unless we, the customer pay time and a half for their employees! ridiculous. never use this company to moving or storage.

Everything was going smooth on the move to a new state. Until the movers showed up. I am not pointing fingers and saying it was the guys who were unloading fault. 13k LBS moved.. tables chairs, carpet, sofa, and a piano. They show up and they realize they needed to get a box truck since the big truck couldn't make it down the street. then the onion started to peel back. first they said they needed a professional to move to Piano.. then the furniture started to come in . Rugs were soiled and furniture was destroyed. seems like they really didn't care at all. Its sad since I saw all the great reviews and then this happened.

Just completed my family’s 2nd household move with Bisson in 4 years. I chose them again because the representatives at Bisson are great -very professional, easy to work with and responsive. Brian Hughes went above and beyond and checked in with us regularly and answered all my questions quickly. For both moves, the crew showed up on time and were hard working, careful and polite. Everything was delivered on time, and nothing was lost or damaged. Very impressed with their service! I will continue to enthusiastically recommended Bisson to anyone who is looking for a moving company!

Bisson was great and treated me right! Preston was awesome, willing to work with me understanding my constraints. The movers, Gene and Fred, were amazing and very professional. I've been recommending Bisson Moving for years for my clients and friends but this was the first time I've needed them personally...and I was more than thrilled with the quality of the service I received starting with Preston's walk through and estimate, the communication from Bisson's office leading up to the move....the packing and loading in Maine and the delivery in Georgia. It was as smooth and seamless a process as a long distance move could be. I'll continue to recommend Preston and Bisson Moving and now can add in first hand stories!

Bisson Moving and Storage is the best provider of Moving Services that I have ever dealt with. They were with me every step of the way and their Staff was Compassionate, Knowledgeable and Skilled in every aspect.I cannot imagine using anyone else in my Future Moves. Preston was with me from day one and I could not have gotten through this without him. He went above and beyond the call of duty with helping me with many things that were stressing me out. He is a very capable individual....My Packers were unbelievable and hard working..Thank You to Ahmen, Justin and Logan.... I wanted to keep them with me as they were so personable and at the same time extremely capable. I had a drawer of contents that I missed taking out myself and it was packed. Lo and behold Ahmen found it right away and saved the day. The Movers on moving day were such hard working individuals as well and headed by their Leader Jerry who was so completely organized and most careful with my belongings.... I cannot imagine how they can work this hard day after day......Bisson develops a Relationship with the Customer from day one and carry it throughout the entire Moving experience. This is most important as moving is one of the most stressful experiences in our lives. I cannot say enough Positive about this Organization as they are Top Shelf for sure....

Tried numerous times to get ahold of this company. Constantly told that I would hear back from someone about my request and never heard back. Despite calling in a few times. Better off going with another moving company in the area.
