Horrible service. ATM was down and represented was inside but did not allow me to withdraw cash I needed so had to go elsewhere. I was there during their regular business hours.

Long lines and one teller. Manager walks around pretending to offer help to customers, when all they really want to do is up-sell. They have shut down all their drive up windows because “it’s more convenient.” Tell that to the mom with two kids strapped into car seats!

If there was a way to score the people there less, I would. Complete and incompetent people working there. And the best of all, is the handle all your money. For a national bank to handle things the way they do is beyond on me. The saying goes, to pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

Our daugher goes to college in Florida and she has a Bank of America account. In the past whenever she has been short on money or has an emergency, we take cash out of our credit union and deposit into her account so she has instant access to the money. I was informed today that if we the parents are not listed on her account we CANNOT deposit CASH into her account...Are you serious??? but apparently we can deposit a check and she can wait for it to clear. This is the STUPIDEST thing I have ever heard of from a bank. Yeah we can't take cash....And this is customer service.??.If I had any personal accounts here, believe me I would close out all my accounts and open an account someplace that would deposit our cash!! Totally not acceptable...Your policy needs to be reviewed!!!

Not the best service. If your looking to get things done immediately , it's best to go to the branch in Portland , but if you have time to wait 30-45 minutes..... no I still wouldn't suggest coming to this branch.

When you you explain to the rep before the transaction begins, that you've had a pretty bad day already - I shouldn't be leaving in a worse position than when I stepped through that door.
