Beautiful location and view! The most beautiful were the staff, Patrick, Patrina, and Teresa! They were welcoming, very helpful, patient and more. Listening to all the chirping birds, along with the sound of the waterfall was relaxing and wonderful!

I almost hate posting this review because I don’t want it to sellout like all the other places. Rooms are phenomenal and clean especially for the price. And we were treated like royalty. Nothing bad to say unfortunately. But please keep a room open for me when we come back next year!!!!
Nearby activities: A short walk 0.5-0.75miles to the main strip, which means traffic isn’t quite as bad . Excellent parking .
Walkability: Less walkable than closer to town places , but not bad, and to me that’s a plus cus it kept the place quiet.

We had an enjoyable stay. It was for our 20th wedding anniversary. The room was perfect and we loved everything about it. The view from balcony in the morning when the sun was rising and in the evening was unbelievable. We were close to the center of Ogunquit which was nice. The staff were friendly and hotel seemed well maintained. We are planning going back again. We loved it!

I really nice motel. Very clean inside and out. A little bit dirty in the bathroom, but not horrible at all. It smelled nice in there which is unusual for hotels in Maine as far as my experience goes. Nice pool, nice views from many of the rooms that face the inlet. Good location, but could be closer to either mile Road to the beach or Ogunquit

Out of this world! We absolutely LOVE staying here because of the gorgeous view. The kayaking option is a great perk as well. One we take up occasionally.
The staff is always extremely accommodating and goes out of their way to ensure you have a great stay.
The pool is also really nice. It's a gem of a place.
They do have breakfast for $13.99 which is cheaper than most restaurants sell breakfast although other hotels in the area do offer complimentary breakfast. They have coffee in the room and a fridge also.
I can't say enough good things about this place.

Great location and decent hotel BUT WATCH YOUR BILL!Went up last month for a family weekend. The hotel staff at check-in were super helpful. Room was nice; nothing fancy, really, but it was great. We've stayed in similar rooms there a few times and always had a positive experience.BUTWhen we got home, we noticed an extra $24 charge on our credit card that we hadn't agreed to previously. We contacted the hotel and were informed that the hotel has a $12 a night "hotel services fee/Resort fees" which covers "guest Wifi, daily maid service, coffee in the lobby, car parking." None of this is pointed out anywhere - in fact, the website mentions free Wifi and free parking. We were never informed about the charge at check in or check out, and in fact were informed that we were all paid up on both occasions. This seems extremely, extremely deceptive at best. So stay there and enjoy the view and the room and the location, all of which are great. But be careful of your bill when you get home!!

Just got back from our weekend stay. Checkin was good, front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, water was hot, water pressure was good, tv worked. What else do you. Red?

Front desk was nice enough. Room was upstairs and no elevator. (Seems to be a "thing" in Maine. Luckily the rest of the startle makes the inconvenience worth it. This place was not worth it. Got to the room after lugging our luggage upstairs. Unpacked. Laid down in the bed and it was pretty comfy. Turned to tv on. Doesn't work. Called down to the front desk and the guys came up and fixed it. Then the bathroom door didn't fully shut and wouldn't stay closed. We were on our way out for the night and stopped to tell them. We were told they would "look at it". After our wonderful evening we came back to the room and mother had been done and the reception office was all closed up. Next morning I went into the office and told the person the whole story and his only question was "did you tell me about the problem?" I told him that we had told a different employees and he said, "Oh well then...." like it wasn't his fault so he didn't care. Needless to say he was treated accordingly and didn't say a word at all. So just left and will never be back. We enjoyed Ogunquit tremendously and are moving to Maine soon. This will never be a place we stay at again and I recommend the same for everyone especially.

We love Ogunquit River Inn and have our favorite rooms looking out over the marshes. The rooms are clean and the location is a quick and easy ride to the shops and beaches. A perfect get away for us.

My bed was MOLDY. My tv didn't work (no picture). The vanity was nasty. When we called the desk to ask for help no one would answer. We left several messages and no one got back to us. Not only will I never come again, I will be warning everyone I know not to stay here.
