The Pluses: Super convenient location, stone's throw to beaches, restaurants, shopping, and the Turnpike. Staff was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. The room was spotless and amazingly spacious, with a huge closet and a small sectional and pullout loveseat in addition to the king bed...with still plenty of floor space to move around. The continental breakfast was what is expected...waffle station, oatmeal and cold cereals, breads, English muffins, and bagels for toasting. Some pastries, yogurt, fruit, and omelets, sausage, and potatoes. The lobby area is very cozy and comfy with plush sofas and armchairs. And quite honestly? The complimentary coffee was quite delicious. The pool and spa, in addition to the fitness center were very clean.The Drawbacks: Bed was HARD AS A ROCK! Some more drawer space would be beneficial as well..yes, the huge closet is nice, but one small drawer for three people? Definitely NOT sufficient.If not for the concrete slab of a bed (I found sleeping on the sectional more comfortable) I probably would have given Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit five stars.

As a diamond member for years and staying all over the country, 5his Hampton sets the standard others should be judged by. Soft beds, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Great service, the check in staff were super nice and friendly. Rooms are clean and updated, the pool area is neat and also clean! Will definitely return!

It was the perfect location to explore the beautiful beaches and lighthouses between Portland and York. The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. A special shout out to Nate and Alicia for promptly taking care of a plumbing issue and blessing us with a lovely gift basket for the inconvenience.. We highly recommend this hotel and will stay there again when we are in the area! :)

I can’t speak highly enough about the Hampton Inn & Suites Wells-Ogunquit. The rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of linens. Convenient location to everything including beaches, restaurants and shopping. Family-friendly without question and the staff are beyond accommodating and friendly. They will do whatever it takes to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

10 of us stayed here while visiting family and the beaches in the area. The accommodations were terrific. Rooms were recently updated, clean and the staff was great. We had a large king suite (which included a kitchen area, dining table & living room all separate from the bedroom). This was a perfect space for all of us to hang out! I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable and spacious. Hotel's over-use of disposable material (paper cups, plastic utensils, plastic packaging) was disappointing. Supplying reusable coffee mugs in the rooms and in the dining area would be a plus.

The best hotel experience We have ever had. Friendly informative spotless prompt service. Rooms are large and super clean beds extra comfortable.Rooms: PerfectNoteworthy details: Wifi in the hotel great. Outside the hotel grounds very weak.

The Hampton Inn and Suites has very nice accommodation and is in a good location in Wells. The staff are friendly and polite as well as being helpful. Our suite was well appointed, clean and spacious. The breakfast was basic but filling with a choice of hot and cold food and coffee all day. It is very close to local amenities and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

Perfect spot to get rest on our trip in the area. Nice, clean and staff were very friendly! Bed was a bit stiff for me but room was perfect as expected with all the Hilton properties I’ve stayed at.

This location was super convenient, new, clean and updated. We stayed over a quiet weekend and had a great experience apart from the maintenance on the pool. When travelling with kids, a pool is a must. When we went to check-in we were told the pool was under maintenance and wouldn't be able to use until after we checked out. This was upsetting for the kiddos, but we got by. Just call ahead in case. Would have given 5 stars, except for the pool incident:(

Not impressed. I have stayed there alot. My daughter went up for a cupple days to get away. She booked it gave date of birth every thing went throw and she headed up 2 weeks after to stay. Gets there goes to sigh in tells her to go to desk guy tells her she can't sigh in as she isn't 21 yet she's 20 and the guy canceled her stay and tells her she can't get her money back. Now I'm 4 hrs away. I called he said it's nothing he can do about it. But if I drove there. I could sigh and then drive back home. Last time I stay there.

They stay at a Hilton is always great!! The rooms and amenities are perfect for the cost but one of the main reasons I love the Wells location is Mark, he always goes above and beyond! He is so accommodating and makes me feel so welcome!!
