We loved this bed and breakfast. We were looking for a place that was close to Ogunquit and reasonably priced. The beach farm inn exceeded our expectations! The house is adorable and very clean. We had the breakfast twice and it was so delicious! The owners obviously take a lot of pride in this home. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the best. We have stayed in both the house and the cottage. The owners are absolutely wonderful. Food is great. Close too the beach. It's incredibly clean and the pool is awesome. We've stayed here 4 times never been disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at the Beach Farm Inn while visiting the area to ride on the Eastern Trail rail trail and explore beaches, craft stores, and other towns in the area. The inn is a beautifully furnished, impeccably maintained 19th century home. The rooms are charming and extremely comfortable. Everything was exceptionally clean. The grounds offer lots of opportunities for sitting, sunning, swimming in the pool and generally relaxing. Brian and his family are warm and welcoming and the home-cooked breakfasts were great. We look forward to returning!

The Beach Farm Inn is one of the those hidden gems on the Ogunquit-Wells border just off of the hustle of Rte 1. The inn is incredibly warm and welcoming and it starts with Brian meeting you outside the inn upon your arrival. He and his family operate a top notch bed and breakfast. The inn has abundant space inside and outside and your bedroom is ideal for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was simply amazing. You will be pleasantly surprised if you book a night, weekend or weekly stay!!!! This is a FIVE STAR Bed & Breakfast!

Beach Farm Inn is not on a rental marketplace. It's a traditional bed and breakfast located in Southern Main between The Kennebunks and Ogunquit, each a short drive. Wells has its own Beach as well as nearby Crescent Beach.I can't say enough good things about this home. There are eight rooms and a small cottage from which to choose, each beautifully decorated with traditional furnishings. The owners live on site but you will have one side of the home to yourself with a dining room, sitting room,library and kitchen area. The hosts are incredibly attentive and helpful. Breakfast is served each morning and includes items from their garden. The presentation is spectacular.You can sit outside on the front porch, back deck or around the pristine pool. Whether you are on a getaway to just relax or want to explore the area, this is the perfect place. It is a few minutes away from the hustle and bustle of the main road and beach area so you will have peace and quiet but convenience to restaurants and activities.Please look them up for your next visit to the area. You won't be disappointed

I recently had the pleasure of spending the week here, and couldn't have had a better time. We had been stuck in New York for months, unable to find anywhere we felt safe spending the night at. Luckily, this place exists! The owners took great pains to ensure that everything was sanitized and clean.The cottage we stayed in was charming and had more than enough space inside. It even has a lovely back porch, perfect for a pre-dinner cocktail and a snack.Last but not least, the pool on the property is a lifesaver on a hot day. At night, the backyard overlooking the swimming spot is illuminated by a beautiful tree, strung with glowing bulbs. The inn itself is located near a ton of great local spots to eat at after your day down by the beach.We can't recommend this place enough!

Absolutely stunning retreat with sprawling greenery, and one of the biggest trees I've ever seen. I'm wrapping up a week in the cottage right now, needing to escape after 6 months in Brooklyn under quarantine, and my mind is completely quiet. I haven't had a worry the entire trip.The cottage was impeccable, with a perfect mini kitchen to cook in, if inclined, but we were literally ten minutes from every amazing restaurant in the area and like maybe half an hour from Portsmouth, and less than ten minutes to the beach (Walking distance!!!!).When we arrived and pulled up to the barn, Brian met us at a covid safe distance in a mask, gave us a tour, and disappeared into the inn's porch, where he literally Always was if we needed anything.We were at the pool five minutes later, relaxing by the fire pit. The bird-watching was amazing, the quiet streets around us were a cute little neighborhood and a home made ice cream shop that we went to Every. Day.I'm writing this from the back porch of the cottage, watching the rain fall on the hydrangeas back here and I just want literally everyone to come here because I haven't been this calm since March.

Welcoming, friendly, charming and impeccably clean! Every room is unique and beautifully decorated and comfortable! Good luck picking a guest room, they are all roomy, have nice views and the beds are so comfortable! (I need to know where they get all their bedding!?)Great location! A quick walk to the Scoop Deck to get your ice cream and enjoy it in the rocking chairs back at the Inn’s porch! Short Walk, bike, trolley or car ride to beautiful beaches, restaurants and entertainment!Can’t wait to stay again!

My wife and I have stayed at dozens of B&Bs over the years and Beach Farm Inn was one of our favorite inn experiences. We were there for 4 nights over the Memorial Day weekend. The inn itself is comfortable, well decorated, not fussy, quiet and super clean as was our room. Janine, Brian, Lynne and Bob were all warm and welcoming, willing to give as much or as little information as required. Breakfasts were delicious with a variety of food and plenty to eat.

The Beach Farm inn is absolutely amazing!! The atmosphere and warm welcoming feeling you get from the owners is bar none. This was my first time staying at a B&B and they have set the bar extremely high! The breakfast was homemade with love every morning and some great twists on staple dishes, 5 stars all arpubd!!
