A good management system should facilitate communication and collaboration between team members, allowing the sharing of information, documents, files and making life easier for the customer in real time. The store at Shaws Plaza, located in Augusta Maine, could not even read the barcode on my package, following corporate orders, while the USPS not only read it, but provided me with the shipping information and directed me to UPS, who redirected me to the store 49 minutes away, a remarkable lack of willingness to help the consumer.

I accidentally left my ID at this store and wasn't able to retrieve it before leaving Waterville, but the staff here kindly packaged it and mailed it to me right away. I really appreciated their help.

I was 5th in line when I arrived. Kel took care of everyone so fast and friendly, I don't think I waited even two minutes!! Teasing, I asked him if he could possibly work any faster? If you have an Amazon return, this is the place to go. I noticed that they have mail boxes, they can pack and ship as well as copy and print.

Sarah and the other workers were pleasant and very helpful!! I plan to by pass the post office in the future and go to UPS in Waterville Maine. Oh they also sell stamps there too!! Awsum!!!❤️❤️

I'm baffled they're able to keep their franchise based on their unwillingness to service people with UPS accounts. They will not create a label, or give you a waybill so you can fill out a label yourself. Their solution: Go home and print a label on your computer - which eliminates they need for their franchise to exist entirely.
Highly recommend you give your money to UPS itself, and avoid doing any transactional business with this location entirely.

Whenever I go into UPS, I’m hoping that Kel is available. He’s quick, and very pleasant. He really knows his job. I typically try to go on my half hour lunch time. I’m on a time crunch as well. I always know if he’s working you’ll be able to get in and get out in a reasonable amount of time.

Kel did more than earn his pay today. He was friendly and helpful. He grabbed the door for me when I was bringing in a half a dozen boxes, efficiently taped them all up because I had run out of tape, had a positive attitude and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Kel

I had a wonderful experience getting assistance from Darcy this weekend. I was returning a package and my printer was down. Darcy went the extra mile and took two attempts to transfer information from my phone to get this label printed for me.. l was SUPER Impressed! Thanks Again Darcy ?
