Over the last several months UPS has started dropping some of my packages at my home and others at the Post Office. Several packages have gone missing. Amazon was good about it and refunded me, but I'm disappointed in the UPS service all of the sudden going downhill like this. The packages I have picked up at the Post Office have my home address on them. Amazon verified that I am doing everything right. I would just go out and buy the items if I have to go out and get them anyway. I'm disabled which makes many day impossible for me to go out. When Amazon tells me I will receive a package on a certain day I don't expect to have to chase it down. That's why I pay for the Amazon service. When I spoke with the gentleman at the Post Office he said that it has become a habit at the end of the day for them to drop a bunch of things off with them to deal with rather than finish the day out. If it keeps up I will start ordering from Walmart as they use FedEx in this area.

Three packages in a week have gone missing. When I contact customer support they tell me someone will call me back with information, but no one does. I tried to change the delivery of those most recent package to get held at the access point and was told delivery had to be attempted before I could change it. I AM SO OVER IT. I WWISH THERE WAS AN OPTION ON WHICH CARRIER TO USE. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN!

What a joke. Overnight package was supposed to be delivered with our payroll checks. The driver put in that they attempted delivery and that no one was here. I'm sitting right next to the window where they have to come in and we've been right here all day.
