Bad customer service. We had a contract that says we paid a $75 lease deposit. Their website even says the deposit is in the amount of the monthly cost of the storage unit which is what we paid. They made my wife call them for months to try and get the deposit each time they told her they were sending it. So we waited for weeks just to call again and have them say they were sending it. Then we called again and they confirmed the deposit was $75 and said they would be sending it via check. Two weeks later and now they suddenly want a copy of the lease agreement they said they already had. Okay my wife emailed it to them and then the next day we called to see what was going on and they’re claiming we only paid $55 and that’s what they were sending. The contract clearly says a $75 monthly cost and a $75 deposit. The supervisor Betty was rude and said she wasn’t going to argue instead of being empathetic and offering to even send a copy of the check or even sorry for all the wasted time. Also we had to throw away everything we put into this storage unit because it was covered in rat droppings thousand of them! This place is infested, they lie and they don’t honor their contracts. Don’t get a storage unit here unless you want your things ruined.

I had a storage unit for 5 weeks & it flooded which ruined almost everything. Once I moved everything out I discovered several dead mice. I will never do any business with this place again!!!

water damage on furniture frozen mattress to storage room floor. Will not replace damage items after admitting to a renting me a damaged unit. Also I am required to remove frozen mattress by the end of my lease or I'll be charged.

This storage place is a rip off. They charged me for a storage unit I never used. They are quick to take your money and don't stand by their word. I Spoke to someone there by the name of Ashely who said I would receive my refund within 2-3 days, and as of today I still haven't received my refund. Stay away from this company they are thieves!

Wow screw double eagal properties... I called them yesterday afternoon cause my sewer pipe under the ground froze. And they disconnected my pipes so raw sewage poured under my trailer all afternoon and night.... then they come fix it this morning dont say anything and 3 this afternoon I called to.check in to see if they fixed my pipe. (This is after I called at 12:30) they didn't know so I climbed under my trailer and checked. They finished and now my pipes are froze from no

We just bought a new manufactured home from them and also living in the new 50+ park in Waterville. From sales to service they never drop the ball and follow up immediately if an issue. We even had a leak problem this past weekend and after calling the office, someone was here to fix that as well as putting in the air vent for the dryer. Friendly and helpful people everywhere! We would recommend them to anyone.
