I will never go back to Willy's auto body. I sent a brand new 2022 Chevy Duramax to get front end damage work done. We went over every cost possible and came in with a budget of $10,000 when I was told my truck was finished to come pick up the bill was $22,000, I just don't understand how we got to $22,000 and I haven't even had my truck a month yet and my radiator fan blew up and damaged over $3000 worth of stuff and they want to do nothing about it. I will never recommend auto body.

Where do I start? Willie’s Auto Body had my truck for over 20 months. They were doing a frame swap and some bodywork There was also a few other repairs needed, but this should not have been in their hands for more than three months at most. It Cost me more than $24,000 in repairs and my truck to this day is haunting me with many issues so if you ask me, should you take your vehicle to Willys? NO!!! When it rains, I get a ton of water on the passenger side floor. They super glued my emblems on. They put my torsion bars on the wrong sides. They broke my windshield. They left the windshield off in a massive rainstorm, putting over inch of water in the cab. They put extra damage on my truck when making repairs they crushed my hood. They cut up my old frame and scrapped it. Without asking me. To this day, they still have many of my parts. They said they would call Me to pick them up and they never did. My interior rear dome light does not work. I was missing plastic on the inside of my truck. There was overspray on most of the plastic Outside of the truck I still have a bunch of electrical issues and my truck Intermittently Starts. This is a 2020 Chevy Silverado To get these issues fixed, I was for Make an insurance claim so I could have it repaired Manner all I can say is Willy is very lucky I did not sue them. The whole time my truck was there I felt like it was not a priority Needless to say, I will never go back.

They aways do great job on repairs at Willy's I been going thier since I was 16 years old and 60 now and affordable prices and thier work last long time because they do it right the first time and stand behind thier work as well I've even had whole truck repainted thier looked awesome too when done

I had a mishap with my Tundra in a parking lot at Hannaford’s, sun was in my eyes and I struck a cement base to a light. I called Paul Boutin at Willie’s and he had a wrecker tow my truck to his shop. Because of a delay in receiving the necessary parts, he made temporary repairs, so I would have my vehicle until parts were delivered. Had a friend deliver vehicle to my residence the same day.That’s what you call good customer service. Thanks Paul.

Body work was alright but the paint has runs and u can see where they didn't mask off and let over spray carry from one place to the next. They didn't fix any of the feathering old paint before trying to lay new paint on. Not much pride and this job was a customer pay not insurance

BEWARE!!!! Had my truck repainted before middle east deployment. Included in the the job was a post paint buffing when I came back from deployment. (truck was in storage while away) Brought in for buffing (which they did not want to honor) which resulted in buffing swirls throughout as well as scratched roof. It is evident they did not want to honor the buffing and so did a complete hack job.
