They never have the regular business hours of any other Town it should be open 8:30 to 4:30 not closed half of the day it should be open full-time very stupid

The new mail person refuses to deliver packages regardless of weather. Always have some reason ( driveway inaccessible, mailbox blocked ect even though there is never an issue. The old mail person would walk down my driveway in the winter, the new girl won't deliver if it's sunny and 75...

Attempted to have a package with required signature delivered. There was no attempt, no knock, nothing - they simply put a undeliverable/required signature slip in the mailbox. We have on camera that the employee never left their vehicle. How are you supposed to get a signature without leaving your car?
