Great neighborhood spot with delicious sandwiches! I got the roast turkey Italian style (lettuce, tomato, onion, pickles, green pepper, olives, cheese) with mayo and it was bomb. Unusual combo of ingredients so I figured they were probably curated that way for a reason and ?? The turkey wasn’t deli sliced, which at first I was skeptical of, but it was excellent. Loved the simplicity of the available options and they definitely delivered!

Cute little place. I'm not from the area and was looking for a local place to stop in. It's a great little market with soup, sandwiches, and other semi prepared food you can take home and cook. Looks like they also have an impressive wine selection. As a tourist, I was looking for a lobster roll. I was not disappointed. It was great. The man taking orders, who seemed to be the owner, was super friendly and kind. The woman preparing most of the food, was equally friendly. Everyone that came in appeared to be a local and was known by the owner. Lots of compliments by everyone on the food. This is not a place for a fancy dinner, but if you want a a good meal made right, this is the place. I plan to be in Portland somewhat often and will visit this place again. It's worth the 15 minute drive from the hotel.

Quaint corner store run by Romanian family for 14 years. No wheelchair access. Giant lobster roll did not disappoint! Well known for grinders, takeout dinners ready to cook, small wine cellar. Several tables for eating in. Reasonable prices

Recently drove past and saw the sign that says Giant lobster rolls, so we went in to check it out!!! My BF was very impressed with his lobster roll and said it was out of this world. I ordered the turkey bacon melt and realized halfway thru my sandwich there was mayo on it.. no where on the sign did it say mayo so I assumed it wasn't going to have it on, otherwise I would have asked for no mayo. I was disappointed with that but the turkey was huge and fresh!!! Knowing that I'll order without mayo next time bc we will definitely be back!!!

I highly recommend the Ocean House Market! I ordered a garden salad with chicken salad and everything was very fresh and delicious! I will definitely be back to eat here!

Yelp led us here, and the Market did not disappoint. The Market offers sandwiches, soups, prepared to cook at home dishes, and a wide selection of wine. There were a few tables inside the market for dine in or a picnic table for eating outside. We were greeted by the lady behind the counter, and she prepared our rolls to order on grilled buns. I loved the huge lobster portion with the fresh crunch of lettuce. Service was excellent. It felt very much like visiting a friend for lunch.

Truly great food made by hand on the spot by personable and caring owners. The giant lobster roll was one of the best I've ever had with a perfectly toasted buttered bun, loaded with perfectly cooked claw meat, just the right amount of mayo, and fresh, crispy lettuce. My husband had the House Special roasted turkey sandwich with all the fixings--stuffing, cranberry sauce, etc.. and said it was perfection. Giant delicious portions, great prices, eat in or out, and a huge selection of drinks. This place is a gem.

This place is awesome . Super friendly. The food is delicious and they have prepped meals all you have to do is put it in the oven and dinner is served . Love this place! You won't be disappointed . Check it out .
