Gave them our business tax info and personal tax info Feb 1st. It is now June 13th and our taxes aren't even close to being finished. They have not answered calls and are dragging us around. Will definitely not be coming back next year. Very disappointed!

Scheduled appointment online, received confirmation email for appointment and a reminder email for my appointment. When I showed up for my appointment I was told by the receptionist " You don't have an appointment today". I showed her the confirmation email stating I did infact have an appointment that day and time and I was told "The online scheduling doesn't work very well, we can get you in next week". I do not recommend HR Block and will never use them again.

Not a good experience getting back my paperwork, as in questioning my return...which was estimated and I told the front desk women and she disagreed what I said...like WHY would I make this up...I left quickly as I was boiling and did not want or need to lose my temper....poor or basically lack of professionalism.

The girl I had a appointment with to do my taxes refused to take us cause we smelt of weed it's legal now can't help who's smokes it around you but her loss cause the girl that ended up taking us was more than nice professional friendly and just overall great - skowhegan Maine location

Do not use! This location charged my 73 year old mother $190 on a $300 refund! This location should be investigated for taking advantage of seniors!

The people were curtious, kind, professional, and very patient. I know nothing about doing taxes and she was very helpful and patient with me. She answered all my questions so I can understand what she was talking about. Also was very happy with the amount of my return. I didn't have to wait long. I would recommend everyone to go to H and R block for your tax preparation needs.
