I’m so glad I decided to give this place a try! The prices can’t be beat & it’s all local FRESH meat. I did a “freezer package” with them & for a wide verity of meats all packed to feed the size of our family. He portioned our ham into steaks & made our roast smaller to fit a family of 2 & a toddler. My freezer pack for a months worth of meat cost about what I spent on meat in 2 weeks at the local grocery store & that’s buying just what’s on special each week. I’ve heard nothing but good things & have nothing to say but good things. Thanks for your service to our community!

Excellent meats. Lee and Shelly are informative and the kindest of people. The ham steaks are to die for. Never have I ever found a tolerable ham steak, due to salt content. This one hits it! We purchased a beautiful porterhouse steak, about an 1 1/2” thick. Brought it home and to room temp then grilled it over natural coals. The party on our palates was comparable to a fine steak house meal. We will return.

Always high quality meat. Never disappointed with anything. The owners are WONDERFUL and always willing to accommodate. I travel forty minutes to come to this meat shop. I don't eat store bought chicken or pork because it has a different taste than fresh pork or chicken, have never had a bad expiration here and don't think I ever will?☺

The Marcouxs are such a friendly, customer-focused couple. It's very convenient to call ahead with your order and get everything cut and packaged exactly how you want it. They accept cash and checks and are even open until 1:00 on Saturdays.
