I’ve been using Kramers for years. I’m not a big spender there but I don’t have thousands to toss around every month, my father used them as well. But today I talked with 2 different people and they both acted like I was a bother. I guess I’ll have to start getting more on line and at tractor supply. I would rather not but if I’m a bother to them why would I go back. It’s a shame I always try to use local before anything else even if it cost a bit more.

These folks are terrific to deal with! Bailed me out of many mower issues over the years. I try to make things last, maybe longer than I should but they always manage to find what I need.

Second time I went to Kramer's for parts and both times the guys behind the counter were helpful and accurate. Nice to see some companies still have people who are competent.

UPDATE: they have fixed the billing mistakeWe saw an ATV on Saturday marked $7349. Went to buy it today and on the paperwork it was $7753. When I mentioned the $400 difference I was told the price tag was wrong. They did not offer to change the price or compensate in any way. They have lost any future business from us unfortunately.

I bought a Arien’s snowblower. It was a quick process. Cliff gave a good run down of the operation, as well as care and maintenance. I was prepared to pay a little more but it COST LESS THAN A BIG BOX STORE. Definitely will be a returning customer.
