I made an order for new tires here. The wait for the tires was longer than I was told it would take, but when I made the long wait known to management, the team stepped in to resolve the issue. They handled the installation well and put my old tires in the trunk of my car without me even needing to ask.
After my new tires were installed, the technician told me one of the lug nuts was too damaged to be re-installed, and he suggested I go over to the VIP across the street to buy a new one. The guy at VIP tried to convince me the stud in my wheel was damaged and I needed to schedule an expensive repair next week. When I called Sam's Club, not only did they check my car to confirm the studs were fine, they installed the new lug nut (after I bought it) onto my car, so I wouldn't have to deal with VIP again.
I was not an easy customer and took a lot longer than anyone thought I would, but the service stayed great and everyone helped me until I was sure my car was safe to drive again. Thank you to James, Logan, and Jeremy at the tire & battery center.

Do I have to even give one star.. so why do I pay a fee to have long lines like this.. a pay to be a plus member and have had the store open up fifteen minutes late while I'm standing outside waiting to get in at the opening for plus members.. no apology or explanation.. and today.. after being told they would get more in in a couple of weeks..I go in and they have about ten slips in the holder for the laptop in the pictures.. I thought ok they got them in like they said.. but nope
. Why would they put ten slips in the take me to the front to purchase holder of they had none.. anyways..
After asking leading questions about when they would get more in..ie was told don't have any..I asked when will you be getting some..I was told estimated to be soon.. ok is that what it says on your device or.. so I had to ask.. What is the estimate.. (they will usually tell you when it's coming in on the next order etc..)
I asked him to look it up.. he said he couldn't tell ok can I order one online. He said yes sure but it would be at the full price online.. my membership is to SAMS CLUB not just this location.. Sam's club store has it advertised at this price I would like to buy it.. your not getting any more.. but Sam's club has them to sell..
Why do they advertise a price they have no intent to honor as they won't get them to sell.. or sell the ones they do have at the price they advertise in store..
Anyways customer service on the phone is horrible.. managers in store care zero.. what amount of stars this review should be..
USE SCAN AND GO TO AVOID LINES.. look at the line from this store..
Oh and Maine has specific pricing laws.

Update to ordered item.. Please see image of order.. and that order was shipped.
Sam's club customer service says they can't see the order or that is been shipped in order to make an adjustment..
It's their own system and they can't see it's shipped.. unbelievable..

I run a bbq trailer and spend thousands $$ at this location monthly. I go there every Tuesday morning, and had previously set up a curbside pickup for several hundred dollars worth of pork butt and briskets between 10 and 11 on Tuesday... meanwhile, I arrived and did my cart shopping at 9:30 for $500 worth of paper goods, soda, dry and canned goods... (and noticed plenty of brisket on hand at the meat counter... )
Received email saying my order was ready, but it wasn't showing up on my online acct?.
Dialed the meat dept, who told me they couldn't help me, I needed to call service desk, which I did, to let them know I was outside for pickup...A young girl came out after awhile with "one" case of pork butts, and told me they were "out" of brisket, So my order was "all set"..( after I had just seen several btiskets at the meat counter!).. And my order was NOT all set, because I still needed a case of brisket! Obviously, staff was too lazy to pack up a case for a loyal customer... I went to the new Costco 3/4 of a mile down the road, explained my situation, opened an executive membership, and they immediately set me up with all the brisket I needed for the week, and at 25 cents a lb less than Sam's club! (Which will save me hundreds of dollars per month) If Sam's club can't be bothered to put up their orders; Neither can I waste my time there! Costco just picked up a $100,000 customer. Adios Sam's Club.

One of the best things about Sam's Clubs is they're so familiar when you walk into them. Even when you're across the country like I was when I visited this one. We were looking for a couple items and asked an employee who was EXTREMELY helpful and wonderful. We also hit the jackpot with some of the alcohol choices there. This Sam's Club does have liquor, and for a fantastic price. Even the Sam's Club brand liquor knocked it out of the park. My husband tried the Canadian Whisky and said it's a new favorite if only our local one carried liquor.

Store is good, they have an okay selection of products. Great deals for what they have. But if you’re going there for a service such as tires or curb side. Forget it, went there for an appointment and waited an hour for them to tell me they can’t put the tires on and the tech didn’t seem to really try. Probably didn’t help he was the only one there with a line out the door. When I told them to just refund the purchase and I’ll go elsewhere that’s more capable, waited an hour just for a manager to come and approve the refund. Customer service lacks at this locations and when I called and spoke to the store manager about my concerns he gave a very generic response with no real empathy. Maybe give Costco a try.

Been shopping here for a couple years now. One night my woman and I Walked in she took one of the automated carts as she just had knee surgery and can’t put pressure on it. We was greeted by the nicest most respectful man named John. He was like 28 years of service and treated the place as he was the owner the man had the greatest hospitality for any retail place we’ve walked into. As we finished our shopping as we were leaving the sweetest woman named Millie bid us farewell and thanked us for being a member. If I owned any sort of store or restaurant I’d be trying to hire both these employees on the spot. These two make the company look great. I don’t know why anyone would go to another wholesale club.

My got to place! Staff is super helpful! Have tons of items for everyday, household, tires, etc. Good food court too!
