After my recent bad experience, I was contacted by Lynn, in customer relations. She took the time to listen to my complaint, empathized properly, and made me feel as if my concerns were important. I understand that there will be problems, and issues, with every business. It's not the mistakes that define businesses, or people, for that matter. How we recover and learn from our mistakes defines us, and I feel that taking the time to contact me, and take my issues seriously, is definitely a step in the right direction. Thank you, Lynn @ Nouria Energy. It's people like you that are the reason that Nouria Energy is doing so well, regardless of individual stores, and the issues that arise in them. *UPDATE* Regardless of how Lynn heard my issues and empathized, the offending employee, Kris, still stands by his original, and wrong, way of handling the situation. I stated that if I tell him it's a refill, it's a refill. He WRONGLY accused me of stealing, and couldn't muster an apology.
