Have the deli team learn how to close the cold cut and cheese bags. I had to destroy each bag to open it because the sticker tore it apart. It's not that hard to seal the bags properly.
Everything else about the store is OK.

My company uses Hannaford Brothers for a lot of outings. We do all kinds of things outdoors in Maine and we buy the deli meats from Hanford. I just want to say that the deli at the Scarborough Maine location is amazing. In particular an employee by the name of Kris has been very helpful and always kind and her customer service is excellent. She knows the products behind the counter and introduces me to new products all the time. (Cooper cheeses). She gets the five stars.

Always clean with well stocked shelves. Friendly clerks. Prices a little higher than MB but that doesn't keep me from shopping here.

Their shelves are pretty bare of routine items like chicken w/o additives or hormones. On a up coming weekend, you would think they would be well stocked of everything. I found the isles very confusing in the way they were composed. Cold things like cheese, yogurt way away from ice cream, other cold/refrigerated products. Honestly, there is no rhyme or reason to the setup at this store. I had to really, really search for everything! Consider your layout to make finding products easier. I just don't buy them if I am searching and searching for them. Sorry, but on the positive , your baked goods are very good and easy to find.
