Great trainers and classes! Never boring, something different every time but always challenging workouts. A small group of us also does semi private training there and we’ve noticed our strength increasing. Trainers challenge us but always in a thoughtful way. Dynamics in Scarborough is a friendly, welcoming and supportive place.

Stephanie has been training me since 1/21 and she has been one of my biggest cheerleaders in my fitness/weightloss journies! She keeps the workouts fresh, incorporates something different into each one, and I enjoy coming every week and seeing results. Whether you come in for personal training, or a bootcamp class, all the workouts are fun, guided, motivating, and not once did I ever feel out of place when I first started coming to Dynamics. It truly has been a life changer!

Lately I've been going to the one in Scarborough but I like the Portland one too. I like the bootcamp classes in person and online. Currently taking personal training sessions with Jessica who is fun, kind, considerate of any injuries and helps me train hard!! Love it! Stephanie is awesome too! All the bootcamp trainers I've had classes with are great and they always push me more that I do by myself!!

This testimonial might be the strangest one you’ve ever read. We all know there are many good reasons to exercise. I go to Dynamics for their butt-kicking bootcamp classes. I have never been one to take group classes as I am definitely on the introverted side of working out. As fate would have it, I was invited to take a Dynamics group class and I don't know why I never did sooner! Dynamics has a warm friendly environment and all those in the class had such a positive energy of support and grit. People of widely ranging athletic abilities and strengths were sweating all the same as the professional instructors gear the workouts to make each individual test their own limits without setting unreal expectations. Also on note of the instructors, they are all exceptionally pleasant, friendly, curious and willing to help anyone adapt, improvise and overcome their limitations so that everyone is included and gets their desired evelnof workout. As a caviat, I do consider myself highly athletic but after a few advanced classes from Dynamics, I've learned I have so much more to work on! So for those looking to start into a workout program or ease into a class I highly recommend one of their beginner classes. And for those with adapted, in place athletic abilities, their regular class Is well worth it! Best gym in the area without doubt!

I am a surfer, skier, golfer and dynamics boot camp more than keeps me physically fit for those sports. The workouts are intense, quick and sweaty! Jamie is awesome at keeping workouts flowing and intense. Did I mention the workouts are intense? Try it. You will not be disappointed.

I took a drop in 45 min boot camp today and whoa was I tired after! Jaime the instructor was great and we had about 8 people in the class. It started off with a warm up, then circuits with abs, TRX bands, push ups, barbells and kettle bells. Really intense with one short break. It's an absolute bargain at $7.50 a class, even better with a pass card. I got more out of a 45 min class than about 1.5 hours alone at the gym because of the intensity. Give it a shot, you won't regret it.
