Women beware: they will try to upsell you.
I was prepared to be immediately profiled. After I rolled in, I asked for a price sheet. Guy thought for a moment and instead of obliging, just said ‘that’ll be $50’.
There is a very large sign out front that says “synthetic oil starting at $27.50”, so i’m like “Why can’t I have that?” ‘That’s a synthetic blend.’ “… Okay, can I have that synthetic blend?”
Thinks again for a moment. “Closest thing for your car is option A that’s $32 or B that’s $30.” I’m like fine, whatever. I can deal with being upsold an extra 5 dollars.
Point is, pricing is not transparent and they use that to their advantage. Granted, their service probably took less than their advertised 10 min and were pleasant enough to deal with. But just in principal, I’ll probably look for other places around in the future. Withholding information is still dishonesty, and I feel I was taken advantage of.

I’ve always gone here to get my oil changes, for the past 15 years, but not after the last time. The customer service from this one guy is just ungodly and there are too many other places to get a simple oil change done to deal with that sort of ignorance. Never again.

I don’t have much complaints about the oil change and the service done to my vehicle. What I have a complaint about is the fact at the time I was short on cash and didn’t have a good card to use for payment, I understand they are trying to get paid but not only did they threaten to call the cops by the end of the day, they also made fun of me for not having the money to pay it. I just felt very disappointed and disrespected

Stay in vehicle while oil is changed. Probably a change for the better. No more falling down the holes in the floor used by the mechanics!! An all around positive experience!
