Excellent service. New drive belt and water pump installed. My 2012 RAM 1500 drives like new. Shawn was terrific and the mechanic (whose name unfortunately I can’t recall) was fabulous.

Unfriendly for one. No eye contact. Charged $350 without telling me what they found. I only asked them if they could find the problem. Turns out it was 2 $10 parts in which anybody could have done themselves. Battery post clamps. I'm a female and apparently that makes it ok. I wouldn't recommend them to my worse enemy!

I’ve had some issues with my jeep over the last few months and Jordan and the team have been incredibly helpful in getting it all fixed in a timely manner. He’s always keeping me in the loop throughout the whole process and I am grateful for that. This is the only place I’ll bring my Jeep now because of the excellent service!

The Service Dept at Jack CDJR did a great job working on my Ram Rebel. I knew what the problem was and they verified it and serviced my vehicle promptly. This was a holiday weekend but they fit me in and had me back on the road asap.

I had my car serviced here recently for a recall. after that appointment my jeep had other issues. Spoke to Shawn, they came to my location picked my jeep up, left me a loaner in case it may have taken longer the anticipated and so I wasn’t without a vehicle. Vehicle was serviced, fixed and returned back to me same day.
So appreciative of Great customer service.
