Let's just say that they over-work their hard working permanent employees for little pay and even less respect leaving them unappreciated, all while bringing in temps at a higher pay rate, average $2+ more per hour, that don't have a lick of experience who create more mistakes and more of a workload for their permanent underappreciated employees.. Be careful, their quality of product will go downhill because they will soon lose their decent mindful employees.
