I called Port Glass five days ago and got no response. I called Hour Glass and the guy came over the next day. Poor business model. I't.m a small business man and my father-in -law told me sucess hinged on three things. Service, Service ,Service. I will do more business with Hour Glass. $295.00 sale lost .

Jerry is great. He is fast, communicative and fair. I had him install large mirrors into my fitness facility and he had it done within 1.5 weeks .. all the other companies said it would take 2 months and had ridiculous prices!!! Highly recommend Port City
