I used the self wash last week and the machine said I was charged $5.00. I believe this amount was correct because I only had to quickly rinse my car. My debit was charged the $5.00 and then it was changed a couple of days later to $13.49. There is no way that I used this much in money/time and there is no way to contact them because their phone number is no longer in use. I will not use my debit card there ever again.

The high pressure bay $5 The regular bays $4 doesn't even matter. By the time you spray your vehicle then use the foaming brush wich half the time nothing barley even comes out of it? There's no way unless you run like a Gazelle is it possible to scrub your entire vehicle then rinse it before the timer runs out. I will be back for a refund after my recent visit.

Never have issues here. Good price has kept rust down. But for your own sake PLEASE check the mold on the ceiling of the automatic wash!!!

The only things that I can see that need improvement is more space for more automatic wash bays so people don't have to wait in line for over an hour to access the single bay, and a better drying system.

I paid for a drive through wash last weekend and I waited in line for at least 20 minutes and had a line behind me as well but it wouldn’t start the wash when I drove in. I backed out and tried driving in again a couple of times and the guy behind me had paid for his wash and was waiting for me to go through but he gave up also as it just wouldn’t start.
updated 03/02/24: I texted the number on my receipt which I found in my wallet and got an immediate and satisfactory response. I'm very pleased to say that they made this right for me without any question whatsoever. Thank you!

A little bit of soap left behind but it really does the job if you are just looking to wash the surface and wheels of your car once a month or so...
BIG COMPLAINT...
I can't call Power Rain directly and the parking lot is atrocious coming out of the automatic wash. I scraped the bottom of my car coming out. The lot needs repaving!

I have been over charged several times over the years & let it go cause it was only $5.00
Two weeks ago I was overcharged $15.00
Contacted owner which by the way, phone on website is disconnected. He said he’d send me a Gift Card for the overcharge. I even provided my bank info showing the charge. It’s been two weeks, have received nothing and he’s ignoring me. Will bring my business to someplace more deserving.

I waited in line for an hour, just to have the under chassis wash, the entire reason I even go to a car wash (trying to keep my car rust free) turn off after only getting the very tip of the nose of my car— probably less than a full seconds worth of water total. To top it all off, they didn’t even have a customer service number to call. I don’t usually write reviews— literally can’t be bothered, and if they had a number I could call I wouldn’t have left a review for this place either, but I’m just so annoyed with the overall experience that here I am, leaving a review, feeling completely ridiculous (but still slightly enraged). Save yourself the trouble and go to a different car wash.
