Emily took the time to listen to our needs and to show us a range of bicycles that filled those needs. Very informative, thoughtful, and pressure-free. Bikes arrived when promised, were assembled professionally. The owner even took time out of his day a week later to makes some minor tweaks. First-class bike store/experience.
