I loved it here! Staff was super friendly. I got to swim in the indoor pool all by myself, it was lovely and not overly chlorinated. My room was very comfy!

Went for Anniversary overnight night stay. Very welcoming reception. Room was very nice and clean. Will definitely stay again.

Very elegant and relaxing. Outside hot tub, 2 indoor pools and 1 outside. Great location. 4 stars because there was no complimentary food on site and no place to get light snacks. There was a restaurant but it was a little pricey. No sundry items to purchase in-house.

Our room was clean, hot tubs and pool were clean. No safe or coffee maker in room
Fire alarm went off for 10 minutes at 2 am. There was no staff present to direct guests. Fire truck showed up after everyone went back inside.

Room- very outdated. Bed was comfy so we slept well. Couldn’t figure out how to work the air. Bathroom door doesn’t close fully (I guess if we really shoved it hard but I was afraid it would get stuck). Coffee maker worked. I’m not sure how long they’ll go without updating, eventually people are going to get tired of it. Tiny tv that looks like they put it in 20 years ago.
Property- loved the pool/jacuzzis they were the highlight. If it hadn’t been for those, the $550 I paid for 2 nights wouldn’t have been worth it.
Bar- Random employee who was not a bartender was serving alcohol. She didn’t know what Merlot meant she asked me if that was wine and then said she’ll look around for it. Very bad idea to have someone not licensed trying to serve guests. She poured too much in my glass had zero idea what to do.
Staff- friendly in the phone and in person.
Overall ok, but I won’t be back unless they update their rooms.

Very happy with our stay here! Would highly recommend ? Comfy room with very nice amenities. Hot tub was very much needed after walking Marginal Way.

This was our 3rd visit to this hotel. We loved it. Courteous staff and very good bar/restaurant when you want to eat close by. Loved the fall decor! Look forward to our return!

Rooms need some significant maintenance and it's not what you'd expect from a "resort"; they don't advertise the "extort" (resort) fee with their prices, which I felt was high to start off with. I won't be back.
Issues: bathroom door that wouldn't close, heat pump that was so loud we couldn't keep it on.
