Delivered propane by accident that was ment for the neighbor, no biggie. But charged my account without ever providing a bill, call, or email of the cost. Didn't know until my account was charged.

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. They have left my family cold more times than I can count, charge RIDICULOUS fees to get my gas lines checked after they allowed me to be out of fuel. I’ve begged them to give me a bigger tank because a 60g only lasts a week. My children ages 6m & 3yo are left in the cold once again because their “automatic reader” was broken & by the tim I checked it was almost out. I will be switching companies. I’m sick to death of this company. They have made my winters absolute hell every year for the last 3 years. Oh & to top it off my family is left without heat at least 20 days out of each winter during negative temperatures because the regulator on their tank isn’t working. I was told to “call when your heat isn’t working” which typically is when it’s below zero out. Zero stars is to many.

I spent almost $1,000 on repairs to my furnace where Fabian replaced the nozzle 4 times within 3 weeks. I called another company who immediately diagnosed the problem was the flue. Problem solved. The Fabian Service Manager insisted that they did nothing wrong.

Since Fabian has bought out Springbrook their service has been horrible. Their communication is awful. They unhooked a propane heater for a carpet install at my moms and when they came back to hook it up again they turned the gas on and didn’t hook it up. The poor woman thought her house was going to blow up. Not a good feeling when you’re 87 and live alone. They had sent people over to work on propane who couldn’t. Then they came and switched out her propane tank without telling anyone they were coming and left without the heat working. She then had to wait around the whole day for them to come back when it was their fault. Then they would not let my uncle go on automatic delivery after the Springbrook but out because he had no credit to fill out an application. No he didn’t have any credit cards or loans he always paid cash and ALWAYS paid his bills at Springbrook for over 50 years ! They have lost 3 accounts just from my family. Elderly people should not have to worry about that stuff !

I have a new furnace that was put in in 2019. They way overcharged me to clean it. 2 hours????? They rip you off on the time it takes. I Fired them. Never have I payed more than an hour, usually half an hour, to have this service done. These Google reviews if they are bad the company can delete them. Beware!

Would give 0 stars if I could. We had no hot water so I called to have someone come out and look at our boiler I called at 10am on a Friday and I live .3 miles from the dispatch office. The rep laughed at me when I said that we needed someone out as soon as possible because we have no hot water. She then proceeded to ask if Monday was okay. Again I’m calling because I have no hot water and she laughed and asked my family to wait 3 days. We have 3 small children and hot water is a basic necessity. They have just lost our 4 years of business and I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. No hot water. Can you wait 3 days? How disrespectful. Never doing business with them again.

Ordered a 500 gallon propane tank 12 months ago. Every time I call to inquire about it I’ve got different excuses. Someone changed my accounts primary contact info to my fiancée. It’s my Account! Hence why no one ever called me back when they said they would. Temporarily set a 100 gal tank for my boiler. 12 months is temporary? Is this how Fabian treats its customers? What a Joke!! Someone in charge needs to get a handle on this ASAP!

I've been a home owner for 50 years and have never had worse service. 4 furnace failures in one winter compounded by "an emergency $300 surcharge" because it happened at 2:00 pm on a Friday afternoon.

Unbelievable! We are new here & bought a home that had been serviced by Murray-Heutz. Well, the previous owners left the oil tank actually empty so we moved in mid-winter to no heat, no dryer, no stovetop! MH cost so much but we didn't know any better. They wouldn't even tell us how to check propane levels. Well, that was about 4 months ago... and just this week the propane went out on us too.. mid meal! No kidding, it was really quite funny. So, we called around and decided to switch to Fabian after they replied quickly, succinctly and obviously with the best prices and no uncharges we could see! We were fully prepared to wait 10-14 days for a new tank (including a leak check & tank replacement & of course the propane) but they called us within a couple days to do the leak check and then the next day said they were nearby with a tank anyway and would delivery right away. WOW. Just wow! WOW! And yes, they even showed us how to check the propane levels without us having to ask. Because we trust this company we're signing up for autopay and autodelivery anyway so I guess we didn't actually need to know how... but it's the thought the counts. 100% recommend.

Fabian oil has horrible customer service and lies to their customers…..I had been a springbrook customer for many years and they were awesome……Fabian purchased springbrook and I called to see if my contract from last year would be honored (the remaining gallons at last years price) I was told by two different employees that it would be……..I asked them to come and fill my tank……they filled it and then send me a bill with this years cost……I called Fabian and the woman I spoke with said it was an error and they would correct it…….waited and received no correction just a second bill with same cost…….I called back and the same woman who told me last years contract would be honored told me I had to talk to “Max”………tried talking with “Max” left several voicemails and never heard back…….then I received a third bill at same cost…….continued to try and reach the elusive “Max” finally he called my wife back and said springbrooks contract would not be honored but offered us a $25 discount…….when asked why we were told multiple times by his employees that the springbrook contract would be honored…….”Max” had no answer……..I will never buy oil from this company again nor will purchase gas from any Fabian…….they lie and take advantage

This company will take unauthorized payments out of your bank account so beware. They just want their money and don’t seem to give a care about their customers, especially when prices are high and winter is coming.Also, some man boy named Sheldon at the contact location needs to brush up on customer service skills. Yikes! I mean, YIKES.
