Kirk and his helper Brandon were awesome. Did a really nice/professional job Installing a Mini-Split Heat pump for me.. Excellent Quality Workmanship. I worked with them, because, the best place to put it required running Electric to the location.. These guys were all about perfection.. It was nice to watch them work, and spend the time to be sure it was a perfect install.. I had not gotten a good connection in the wiring panel and it threw things off for a while because the voltage was fluctuating because of my wiring, but, they had extra equipment and wasn't long they pinned it down to the voltages I had given them.. No problem, fixed it and continued.. The price was already agreed, I offered to pay extra for their time, and they both said, it wasn't my fault, although, actually it was. I had some of the wiring insulation clamped under the screw at the breaker and was not giving them full voltage while vacuum testing, etc.. It was taking too long and they were determined to get it right.. After swapping to a new set of gauges and another vaccum pump just to test it, it was obvious something else was wrong and they had it pinned down pretty quick after that..Unit is performing perfectly.. What he said about the size was spot on. The room although not as cool as I generally kept the house, was much more comfortable with the reduction in humidity the unit offered..Just like he said it would..
