After driving by many times, I finally stopped in to check this place out and was amazed by the variety of quality, local products that are in this cute little store! The smell of banana bread hit me as soon as I walked in the door. Such a great place to buy gifts or treat yourself! Not just food, but local beers and wine, skincare, home decor, artwork, ect. I will definitely be back again soon!

Good selection and great quality of food unfortunately you can only afford it if you're single. Not great for families at all honestly. I got stuff for BLTs and it was over 50 bucks. It was delicious though I'll give y'all that

Great selection of local (Maine/New England) products. Very friendly staff. Location makes for a nice pit-stop, especially as the bathroom was very clean.

This place is amazing. They have the basics AND all kinds of cool and delicious things. If you want to create a gift box from Maine, this is a great place to shop. If you want special treats for a party - again, a great place to shop. (They are also helpful and totally lovely.)

My go to place for local honey and craft beer. Consider picking up a bag of their pancake mix or a loaf of banana bread next time you have guests, or if you're in the mood for such things. Plus, this is a great place to find locally made gifts and fresh produce.

Have been a 4+ year resident of Alfred and just went to Maine Homestead Market for the first time! I was totally blown away with the awesome selection of beverages, fresh breads, produce, handmade gifts, etc. It is clean and welcoming! The outside of the building (Rte 111) doesn't convey the actual charm of the interior!

Small building, Filled with New England products in amazing variety. Pickles and jams/jellies noteworthy. Clean facility. Friendly, non-pushy staff. Enough on offer to require one to shop slowly, otherwise could miss a treasure.
