I am visiting from out of town and decided that I really needed my hair done. I called and Diane was able to get me in the same day for a cut and color. She was friendly and welcoming, and she took a lot of time discussing with me what I was looking for, and how she would be able to achieve this. I could not be more pleased with the result. The Hair Loft was clean and efficiently run. There was someone available at the desk and manning the phone so it was easy to make an appointment or walk in. Masks were being worn, so I felt safe. Staff was friendly and I got a nice haircut in a short amount of time.

Unfortunately, can't recommend this salon. I brought my daughter in for a haircut and we brought pictures of what she wanted as well as said that she wanted some shorter pieces in the front but long enough to still reach to put her hair half up. What she got looks nothing like the photo, is uneven in the back, and choppy. Stylist was nice but seemed rushed and distracted. My daughter is in tears.

I would NEVER recommend this place, my mother took my sister to get the side of her head shaved and the lady who did it, not only DIDNT do a straight line but shaved part of the TOP of her head. This woman had no idea how to part hair and is crazy for thinking she actually did a good job. Ridiculous.

I just got my hair cut by Dianne. First hair cut since the pandemic started and I really just wanted a slight trim and clean up. She somehow managed to shave off half of my beard in the process!!! Her response: "Well, you have to wear a mask everywhere now so nobody will notice." Are you kidding me? Absolutely terrible, I will definitely not be returning.
