I came to River Ridge Center to visit my mother in law , Linda, I observed that she was made to be comfortable and taken care of. Although she was recovering from a bad fall her spirits were high bubbly. Her roommate Gladys also was a hoot. We were assisted by a staff member (Allan) who was cheerful and very pleasant. The facility was well kept and clean. Five Stars!

Melissa in medical records can work on how she speaks to people over the phone. This facility has been wonderful to my sister who stayed here for months. But the most recent encounter I had with this individual over the phone was very un pleasant. She then hung up on me.

My wife spent 14 months at RiverRidge during hard Covid times. The entire staff from top to bottom was always professional, very caring, supportive, helpful with anything, and showed this care and compassion with all the residents! The staff and residents became friends and family. I , the husband, was there 3-5 days a week and saw alot firsthand. My wife and I have no complaints and would give them a 5 star rating! I can't say enough positive things about all the people that work there! We are forever grateful for everything they have done for us, especially my wife! We will miss them but we will visit from time to time as we are forever grateful! Thank you all at Riverridge for everything! All our love, Chris and Julianne Boucher

For patients with any kind of brain trauma, River Ridge is the place to be. My son has come so much further than the neurologists in Boston thought he would. But he is awake, eating solid food, talking, singing, playing games, following directions and so much more. He has been at River Ridge for two and a half years and still has more to do in his rehab. The staff treat him like family, the other patients are like family. Your loved one will definitely benefit if they need to come to River Ridge Center.

I'd like to thank the staff for taking such excellent care of my husband while he's been there these past few weeks healing up a diabetic ulcer.He's coming home Monday with his foot intact thank God .He was given physical therapy and kept busy .The diet there though not what he's used to eating on his own has controlled his blood sugar and I'm really thankful for that as well.Hopefully he won't ever have to do another stay in a rehabilitation center but if he does I'd want him there .

Amazing staff and extremely knowledgeable in brain injury aftercare. Can not express the amount of support given by the entire team, from therapy to nursing to recreation, great staff!
