I locked my keys in my tractor trailer and I called them. The guy came out and was able to open my door and get me on my way in less than 5 mins. He was absolutely amazing!!! Awesome business. Would call them in a heartbeat if I need them and I am in the area again!!!!

Bouchard & Sons is the only place I’ll take our cars for repairs or that I will call for towing. They always get us in as soon as possible and I never have to worry that I will be overcharged. I can not recommend enough! We were staying on Bar Harbor in a rental cabin, had to check out that day, to find our rental car had a flat. We had two small kiddos with us and were due back in Boston that same day. After I called all over with no luck, Wayne personally took the time to call several places some I probably didn’t even know, to see how they could help us. Above and beyond service and was so kind and reassuring in my moment of panic. Also thank you to LeRoy from DC Towing who was as equally kind and reassuring. Highly recommend both for any services while in the area!!

Like many others, my insurance company left me stranded! Believe me, I let them have it! Bouchards came to the rescue... literally. My truck broke down at the Brewer Lowe's on the 4th of July...a holiday! After my insurance company called me back to let me know they weren't going to do anything further for me (they tried, they called 12 different LOCAL tow companies, none of which would even consider coming out) I had to reach out to friends. A Trooper friend of mine HIGHLY recommended Bouchards, so I called them. Long story short, they picked me and my truck up within 25 minutes. After talking with the driver, I told him I wanted them to work on my truck. They fixed my broken water pump the next day! Not only do I have a new truck mechanic, but I have a new skid-steer mechanic as well.Service: Special vehicle towing

This place was awesome! My car just broke down on the highway (engine blew out) and my insurance company left me to find towing on my own. I called 911 and they told me Bouchards towing was on the way. I fully expected to have waited at least 20 minutes, but they were there in almost 5-7. The process was very quick, very easy, and the guy who helped us got in touch with a tow company for us, in which, who was able to tow an hour away for us. Very good customer service and very understanding and fast working. Would recommend!Service: Car towing

All of the warning lights came on in our Subaru while on vacation. Wayne scanned it for us, cleared the codes, reassured us that it was probably nothing & wouldn't take any money for his time. We are so thankful for his generosity and would definitely recommend them for service!
