Absolute worst customer service at the cash register. Woman was very rude. Cook was nice though.

My husband and I walked in to make separate purchases. I’m pregnant and hungry so I went to order food. He likes to smoke blunts (I can’t smoke them because of both the nicotine and thc). So he was going in to buy himself some wraps. We do this at almost every gas station we go to. And have NEVER had an issue anywhere. There’s a cashier named “Nikki” who has refused him service because I walked into the building as well. We were making complete separate purchases. I went to the bathroom after ordering and went to wait in the car until the food was done. She for the 3rd time refused him service because “I walked in with him”. And stood silently when went back inside and asked for her name. I hadn’t eaten in hours, and I’m LITERALLY making organs inside my body. I JUST wanted my food. But my existence was somehow an issue? We’ve gone in there before with other cashiers and never had an issue. Just with “Nikki”. Love the store, currently hangry and upset with the service.

The food specifically the pizza has gone down hill significantly! The person in the kitchen struggled to make two single topping Pizzas. Will not be coming back for food.

Clyde leaving was the beginning of the end of this place. We ordered an overpriced $12 sandwich. I get home and it's a mess - also made wrong. I called and politely asked for a remake and she offered to have me bring it in and fix it. I guess they've never heard of Covid - how lucky for an entire business to have missed that global crisis for a solid 3 years. Unfortunately we didn't miss it - it was all over the news and worldwide, so kind of shocked anyone did. We said no, for obvious to the rest of the population and health department reasons. The woman who made it was very nice, but the other girl just couldn't mentally grasp why we'd want our order right or how we had the audacity to ask they not manhandle our sloppy sandwich and "just add in the stuff we missed", so she demanded the garbage sandwich back (as if we wanted it lol) and had an attitude the entire time. Save your money and spend it where they appreciate the business enough to do their job.

It's OK. Heard ownership had changed and food seems to be a hit or miss. First miss for my first visit back since it changed. Tasty, but its like 80% bread, 20% beef, onions, peppers and excessive cheese. Cutting corners, maybe? Can't be sure. Tasty, that's for sure but feels like I'm missing out on what could be a much better hot sub.

Went in and. grabbed a breakfast wrap and 2 breakfast sandwiches one Friday morning a couple of weeks ago and I won’t make that mistake again… the food was inedible we ended up throwing it out and stopping somewhere else to get something to eat. The only reason I am giving it 3 stars is because the woman who worked the front register was extremely pleasant and professional even while the woman in the kitchen was down right ignorant and nasty to not only the woman on the register but also to me and another customer waiting in line.

it was such a pleasant surprise to come in this afternoon and see the cashier woman that normally works mornings. she is so nice and professional. really makes my day.

I ordered the appetizer platter & a couple cold subs. I liked the onion rings, just as good as Jordan's in Ellsworth. The sandwiches were decent. Really reasonable price.

Out of 5 sandwiches 1 was fantastic, 1 was ok, 1 was a bit light on contents, 2 were severely lacking contents. Over-all, did not meet expectations and was not worth the price paid.Staff is always exceptionally friendly. Great location. Great selection of items in the store.I hope they get back on track in the kitchen. For now I have no plans to order from there again until they fix the issues.

Been going there over 25yrs. This last change of ownership is the worst. The quality of food is lacking, the service has suffered and today makes the third time in 8days I can't order because of staffing issues. Last time I picked up an order they had 6 kids in the kitchen. And that's the last one.

This place is under new ownership and they will suffer the consequences of cutting cost by underminding the quality of food. Possibly the worse meal I've had in 3+ years. They changed their products completely. Ordered a bacon, chicken, ranch pizza and only came with chicken and more cheese they 3 cheese pizzas. The fries tasted like card board and how can you even call these onion rings? It looks like they used burger onions barely coated in breading. Charging $35 for this meal is criminal.
