We absolutely love the Lindt Chocolate Factory in Freeport, and we can’t say enough good things about Carrie, the super helpful manager who has gone above and beyond for us multiple times. As charter tour operators, we buy thousands of truffles to give to our guests at the end of their experience, and Carrie is always there to help us find the best deal and the most delicious chocolates. The store is always spotless and inviting, and the entire staff is friendly and attentive. It’s truly a pleasure to shop here, and our guests love the sweet treat they receive thanks to Lindt. Highly recommend!”

“Fun store and factory view of a chocolate shop. We were able to make our own chocolate medallions, so my kids had fun doing that. The workers are very friendly. Fun stop of for something quick to do in the area. Lots of options for gift souvenirs to bring home.”
