Our truck wouldn't start in our driveway on a Saturday. We had driven up from Mass to pull boats for the season that day, and a dead truck far from home certainly looked like a problem for us. Mike offered to come to the house to try and trouble shoot it, and offered advise over the phone, on a Saturday! They returned our call as well, to give schedule updates and we were able to get it running again (started solenoid had corroded out). Mike was a huge help for us, and I certainly plan to call him first when we have service needs in the future.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Mike was able to get my car done very quickly, even though he was quite booked. He was very transparent about work that needs to be done in the near future, but didn’t push me to do it right then. Highly recommended!

Very bad customer service. Stopped by to get a quote for my car and the employees were rude so I tried to talk to Mike but he was too busy talking to his buddy about when they were kids!? I stood around next to them while they were talking for 15 minuets before I got in my car and left because I was being ignored!

Mike is experienced, professional, and courteous. He fixed my daughter's vehicle and prepared it for inspection promptly and was happy to explain the problems he fixed so I had a better understanding of the process. For an older vehicle it runs brand new! I was very impressed with his work and professionalism, and feel confident she is driving a safe vehicle. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mike's Auto to any of my friends and family.

Called and set a time for an inspection but when I showed up there was no one there and no phone call. I tried several more times that day and no response. I would avoid Mikes, no common courtesy and a bad reputation. He won't last long treating customers like that.
