My location was not made clear to them by AAA. (If you’re an AAA member, AAA is late in letting towers know who needs help.) these guys showed me respect, were friendly and well experienced overall. I’m a single woman in the crack of dawn waiting to get towed. I rode with them and was given the passenger seat. (There were two older guys). By body language I was given respectful space. I really felt comfortable. The 30 min drive was very steady and good. Like I said, well experience.

“Our truck wouldn't start in our driveway on a Saturday. We had driven up from Mass to pull boats for the season that day, and a dead truck far from home certainly looked like a problem for us. Mike offered to come to the house to try and trouble shoot it, and offered advise over the phone, on a Saturday! They returned our call as well, to give schedule updates and we were able to get it running again (started solenoid had corroded out).
